About the Role

Job Summary: Senior Automotive Technician is responsible for conducting complex diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostic tasks using specialized tools and equipment
  • Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge to ensure team success
  • Collaborate with service advisors to explain technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturer specifications
  • Stay up-to-date with new automotive technologies and industry developments
Requirements
  • Education: Automotive Servicing NC III or higher (TESDA-certified)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in automotive repair, with at least 2 years in a senior role
  • Certifications: ASE Certification or equivalent is highly preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnostics, engine performance, electrical systems, and HVAC
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift heavy parts, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver's license; familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
