Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise and provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel.
  • Ensure all technical work complies with safety standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with management regarding maintenance schedules, project updates, and urgent concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and inventory of tools and spare parts.
  • Oversee construction and renovation projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, and compliance with restaurant standards and government regulations.
  • Take charge of other critical responsibilities of a Technical Operations Manager in a restaurant, including energy and utility management, compliance with sanitation and safety requirements, vendor coordination for specialized services, cost management for maintenance projects, and ensuring uninterrupted operations of all technical systems.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) is preferred, but non-licensed applicants with strong technical background and relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical maintenance or related field.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to supervise and guide a team.
  • Willingness to work on-site and respond to emergency technical issues.
