Procurement Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team. As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and running a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with a preference for BSc Economics or equivalent analytical experience. You will also need 2-4 years of professional experience in procurement, supply-chain, or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Maintain a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily
    • Proactively chase stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation, and exceptions; escalate delays before they block operational activity
    • Transform raw data into concise, decision-ready insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department
    • Build and refresh dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making
    • Stay ahead of tools and best practices; self-drive upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methods
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with a preference for BSc Economics OR evidence of equivalent analytical experience
    • 2-4 years professional experience in procurement, supply-chain, or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams
    • Advanced Excel modelling and data visualisation skills
    • Professional business British English
