Inventory Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Inventory Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our inventory levels are always optimized.

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in inventory management, product sourcing, and forecasting. You will be responsible for managing and forecasting inventory, sourcing products, and utilizing tools like Helium10.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in analyzing sales trends, seasonality, and marketing campaigns to ensure stock levels are optimized. Additionally, they will be able to work closely with our marketing, ads, and operations teams to align inventory levels with sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Sourcing: Effectively source and restock products to meet demand.
  • Inventory Forecasting & Management: Proactively monitor and manage inventory levels using Helium10 or similar platforms.
  • Expiration Management: Keep track of product expiration dates and collaborate with the marketing team to prioritize sales for items nearing expiration.
  • Proactive Reordering: Ensure timely reordering of inventory by tracking low stock levels and setting reorder points with suppliers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management and product sourcing.
  • Proficiency in inventory forecasting tools, specifically Helium10.
  • A solid understanding of sales trends, seasonality, and how to integrate those into inventory strategies.
