Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our retail branches. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills suited for a dynamic retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Branch Leadership: Oversee all retail branch operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational guidelines. Lead and coach staff to achieve performance targets and maintain engagement.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store opening/closing procedures. Ensure compliance with internal policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring staff deliver excellent service. Handle and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and feedback.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate operational reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and store issues. Maintain accurate documentation on employee schedules, performance evaluations, and training progress.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
