Join a global team as an Order to Cash Billing Specialist, where you will be responsible for processing transactions and meeting key performance indicators. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all necessary transactions in the assigned area.
  • Meet all agreed-upon KPIs and complete tasks according to Service Level Agreements.
  • Stay updated on relevant developments and changes related to the assigned process.
  • Participate in meetings and share knowledge with the team, including suggesting process improvements.
  • Handle internal and external queries; escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure internal controls comply with company policies and procedures, IFRS or applicable GAAP, and regulatory authorities.
  • Perform other assigned tasks, including projects to improve systems and processes.

As part of the Order to Cash team, you will provide support in reviewing, investigating, and resolving errors in STC Operations Ancillary Billing and Vendor Invoices. This involves acting as an intermediary between Accounts Payable, On-Shore Operators, Vendor Management, Customer Service Representatives, and Third-Party Vendors to ensure timely action on open items.

This includes investigation of billing and invoice errors, drafting additional customer invoices based on tariff, advising on proper account coding and corrections, processing write-offs of unrecoverable costs, managing vendor disputes, and correcting vendors in the system.

You will also assist the company in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and systems through involvement in identifying and implementing improvements.

As an ideal candidate, you have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or any business-related course, at least one year of billing experience, end-to-end understanding and experience in Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes, practical knowledge in shipping and/or logistics industry, good analytical skills, excellent English communication skills, high attention to detail, and effective decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications is also required.
