Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX designer with over 5 years of experience in UX design to contribute to our product strategy and enhance user interactions.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing complex design tasks, conducting user research, creating design deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human-centered design principles and the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide strategic input and break down complex tasks for efficient execution.
    • Lead user research, recruit participants, facilitate discussions and present findings.
    • Develop heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs.
    • Write effective UI copy and contribute to our design system.
    • Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements with product managers.
    • Communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams and lead workshops to create an inclusive user experience.
    • Deliver projects on time, articulating their impact to stakeholders.
  • Qualifications:
    • 5+ years in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level.
    • Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes.
    • Ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in Figma.
  • Nice to Have Skills:
    • Interest or experience in sales channel integration, fulfillment, warehouse management, and/or inventory management systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Execute complex design tasks, conduct user research, create design deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
