Work you will do

User Research

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, testing, and analytics to uncover needs and pain points
• Translate findings into journey maps and artifacts to guide design decisions

Design Thinking Workshops

• Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to generate innovative solutions
• Collaborate with teams to define goals, prioritize features, and brainstorm ideas

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and align on requirements
• Communicate research, concepts, and updates effectively
• Incorporate feedback while upholding user-centered design principles

Team Collaboration

• Partner with designers, PMs, and developers for iterative design
• Mentor junior UX team members and foster collaboration across teams

Detailed Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Develop and refine design systems for consistency and scalability

Enough about us, let's talk about you

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 5+ years of related design experience; Working across a large organization with varying technical skill levels. Ability to work deep in the trenches with cross-functional teams on product design and ownership.
• Experience in working in a wide variety of modern design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and Miro
