The primary goal of this position is to expand the bank's loan portfolio, focusing on business loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically increase and manage the bank's business loan portfolio.
  • Negotiate with clients regarding interest rates, loan terms, fees, and other loan-related components.
  • Assist in loan packaging and documentation to ensure seamless processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee compliance with lending policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loan growth opportunities.
  • Promote the bank's consumer loan products and contribute to sales and marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Business or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and negotiating loan offerings to clients.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing of consumer loan products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in Makati City.
