- You will be responsible for diagnosing, resolving, and reporting customer issues and questions related to online streaming paid content products.
- In this role, you will work as a Tier 1 end user support specialist with escalations to search engines.
- The future may hold opportunities for Tier 2 delivery along with support of search engine's business partners.
- You must possess strong written and verbal German language skills, with experience or ability to translate German to English and vice versa.
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree is required (in lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience).
