Financial Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Lead to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  • Oversee daily accounting functions, including expenses, fixed assets, leasing, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting.
  • Manage subsidiary accounting activities, working directly with third-party accounting firms.
  • Ensure financial accuracy by reviewing and analyzing intercompany accounts, posting subsidiary trial balances, and performing variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and manage audits and filings for subsidiaries.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance accounting processes and provide support for ad hoc projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree or CPA certification being a plus.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within a BPO or service company.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication abilities and a flexible attitude towards changing priorities.
