Customer Service Representative

  • Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and text, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with various tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles or administrative positions, preferably with a background in customer service or marketing.
