Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to join our team in a Recruitment Specialist role. This individual will be responsible for identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack

This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
