Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Global Project Operations Manager. This individual will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service support, working closely with the Service Manager to guide the Service Technician Team in understanding their daily schedules, performance goals, and expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong ability to work independently while ensuring timely completion of tasks. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Keynote, and Adobe Acrobat.
