Job Title: Global CRM Assistant

This role involves providing high-level support to internal and external clients by ensuring optimal services are provided. The Global CRM Assistant plays a crucial part in monitoring SLA performance, following up on internal indicators, creating reports, and coordinating with the lead process review to guarantee services meet customer requirements.

The Global CRM Assistant will report directly to the Global BSD Lead for SSC, working closely with them and the BSD team members to achieve group and individual objectives. This role encompasses functions related to Master Data Management (MDM), Incident Support, Global Expense Management System, and other assigned services within the BSD unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical CRM support with basic level expertise, encompassing all services such as GC/GPO, GEMS, General Customer Support, MDM, etc.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of transactions processed.
  • Performance against defined Key Performance Indicators (Productivity, Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Business Output).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree or Technical or University qualification in administration, customer service, industrial engineering, operations, project management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong relationship building skills, both internally and with internal customers; experience with ERPs and CRMs or related tools; strong presentation abilities and impact while addressing customers with service information, reports, and other relevant data.
