Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing various tasks related to content creation, campaign management, and social media optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation:
    • Create engaging visual and video content using graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Email & SMS Marketing:
    • Design and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Instantly.
  • SEO & GMB Support:
    • Optimize Google Business Profile and implement SEO best practices using tools like Ahrefs and Surfer SEO.
  • Website Support:
    • Maintain and update website content on WordPress or WebFlow.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track performance metrics and provide regular marketing reports.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on legal or professional services industries.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, content creation, and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google Business Profiles and basic SEO principles.
  • Experience managing projects and reporting on marketing performance.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
