Billing Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Billing Business Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate client month-end billing and supporting month-end activities.

  • This includes handling client month end billing tasks, serving as a key liaison between Product Management, Engineering, and the Billing Operations team, and assisting with requirements gathering for new billing features and enhancements.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the business as well as independently.
