Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role involves coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and communicating with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project success as defined by the PMO.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in project coordination
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and follow structured project workflows
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills and can effectively identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborates well with team members and provides guidance when needed
  • Experienced in planning, organizing, and monitoring tasks using project management tools
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all work
  • Adapts well to changing priorities and handles challenges with professionalism
  • Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
