Seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Specialist to provide critical administrative and operational support in managing projects and initiatives.

Job Overview
  • Manage user access requests, permissions, and security roles within our project management system.
  • Maintain and update the category tree structure to ensure accurate spend taxonomy.
  • Support the lifecycle of active strategies within the system, ensuring timely central uploads of spend data and tracking Management Information (MI) data requests.
  • Coordinate and manage the SharePoint site and internal landing pages to facilitate global team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer project calendars and coordinate scheduling with global teams.
  • Track and monitor operational deliverables and timelines to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Strong digital literacy and experience working with collaborative platforms and tools.
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a project management or operational support role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
