Global Social Media Marketing Manager

The Global Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives. This includes creating and executing content plans, managing social media calendars, and fostering engagement with followers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a solid social media strategy that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
  2. Lead the planning of global social media calendars, ensuring a consumer-first and data-driven approach.
  3. Manage daily social operations across global social platforms, including timely content posting and fostering effective engagement with followers.
  4. Oversee community interactions by responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  6. Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau.
  7. Continuously test and optimize our organic social media channels, audiences, visual creatives, and copy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context and preferably with managerial experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong proficiency in video-editing software such as Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut.
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera.
  • Experience in photography, videography, and basic graphic design will be a plus.
