Marketing Leader Position

We are seeking a highly experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to our hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to increase brand awareness, occupancy rates, and revenue.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels.
  • Optimise online presence—oversee website content/design, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare budget proposals for strategy implementation.
  • Work closely with sales to create promotional offers/packages that drive occupancy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, online booking platforms, and strategic partners.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to refine marketing approaches.
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare monthly KPI reports, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms, digital marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Experience in sales or business development in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
  • Website design and content management experience (WordPress or similar preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
