Data-Driven Sales Performance Optimizer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our sales Insights team at LSEG.

In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our sales process, analyzing performance data, and driving operational excellence.

You will work closely with the Sales, Account management, and Sales Performance Enablement teams to provide insights, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline data, and forecasting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into performance indicators that drive sustainable growth.
  • Support various business reviews with data-driven insights.
  • Measure effectiveness and adoption of key dashboards and increase adoption in collaboration with different teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to streamline and improve sales processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in internal analytics and processes.
  • Find opportunities for scaling analytics or processes.
  • Document and communicate updated processes as required.
  • Maintain accuracy in salesforce data.
  • Conduct regular checks of sales data to maintain and improve data hygiene standards.
  • Assist onboarding new members in the sales and Account management teams as needed.
  • Provide input on territory analysis and ownership of account transfer processes.
  • Implement global forecasting processes.
  • Support ad hoc projects, including system implementation, tool evaluation, and market research.
  • Help measure and drive adoption of new technology and processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency with data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present data and insights effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize effectively.
