Job Description:

The Sales Performance Optimization Specialist will be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement, developing forecasts, and providing recommendations to senior Sales and Marketing executives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and timely reports and visualizations to communicate insights to senior executives.
  • Collaborating with the IT development team to manage databases and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Helping to define and build visualizations to effectively communicate performance and support decision-making activities.
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5 years' experience in reports management and data analysis, with proven ability to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
