Digital Marketing Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to support our social media strategy, advertising campaigns, and system automations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and repurpose content across various social media platforms.
  • Develop engaging email newsletters using Canva.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
  • Maintain knowledge of financial industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content.
  • Prepare all content for compliance approval workflows.
  • Build and manage AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms.
  • Manage a robust marketing automation system and content calendar.
  • Generate and present monthly performance reports, including analytics and insights.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing with proven results.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
  • Ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows.
  • Understanding of FCA compliance and the financial services marketing environment preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
