Job Title: Digital Content Creator

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced digital content creator to join our team. As a key member of our content creation department, you will be responsible for developing engaging content ideas, creating visual imagery, writing compelling copy, and crafting stories that resonate with our target audience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create innovative digital content ideas for various platforms, prepare a content calendar, and produce captivating copy.
• Design visual imagery / graphics / videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels by adhering to tone, voice, and visual guidelines.
• Write clear and concise copy for posts, captions, blogs, and other social media content.
• Craft compelling stories that engage the target audience and convey the brand's narrative effectively.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with content strategists, apply SEO best practices, manage paid media strategies, and work with media agencies.
• Optimize content for different platforms, ensuring the correct use of hashtags, keywords, and tags.
• Manage community interactions and foster engagement.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and other brands for partnerships or sponsored content.
• Liaise with influencers and media agencies to boost content.
• Analyze performance metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and growth in followers using analytics tools.
• Schedule and distribute content across various platforms using social media management tools.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is on-brand effective in its purpose.
• Client Communication: Discuss content strategy, performance, and revisions with clients if applicable.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
• Evaluate and integrate feedback from followers, clients, and team members to continually improve content quality.

Requirements:

• Specific experience of User-Generated Content (UGC) within the automotive industry would be advantageous.
• Possess outstanding design skills, with in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong motion graphics and video editing skills are essential.
• Experience in producing digital and social media content and can demonstrate this through a diverse portfolio.
• Demonstrate proficiency in delivering both B2C and B2B collaterals in a fast-paced environment.
• Acknowledge the technical constraints and design regulations that all digital assets must adhere to.
• Confidently present a clear design rationale with their work.
• Be a creative and confident individual who actively participates in brainstorming sessions to drive digital excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
• Highly self-motivated and well-organized.
• A keen interest in staying updated with the latest digital trends.
• Previous experience in a creative agency setting.
• A minimum of 3 years combined experience as a Digital Content Creator / Art Director.
• Experience working across a range of high-profile client accounts.
• Familiarity with fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with the Creative Director.
