Content Management Professional

We're seeking an experienced Content Management Professional to join our remote team. This role is critical in managing digital content across multiple accounts, maintaining organized content repositories, and supporting content workflows through accurate documentation and coordination.

If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy with Google Workspace, and passionate about content structure and trends, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced digital environment.

This role involves uploading, organizing, and tagging digital content for optimal access, as well as maintaining folder structures, naming conventions, and vault documentation. You'll also collaborate on content ideas aligned with current trends and client goals, review content for quality, and flag inconsistencies.

In addition, you'll maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination, provide timely updates and task status via internal tools, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is tagged, categorized, and ready to drive performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize digital content for optimal access

  • Review content for quality and consistency

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
