We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team in the Purchase to Pay process. This role is responsible for processing supplier invoices, verifying compliance with policies and procedures, and providing support during internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming invoices, including manual matching and non-PO invoices
  • Handle recurring invoices such as rentals, travel agency, and utilities
  • Verify invoice compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support internal and external audits
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in a related field
  • General knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience with financial systems, preferably Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Excel

Job Requirements
  • Fluent in finance terminology
  • English language proficiency (B1 level)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
