A detail-oriented and analytical Cost Controller to join our Finance team. You'll play a vital part in monitoring costs, analyzing variances, and ensuring resources are utilized efficiently—all while upholding our commitment to excellence. If you have a passion for numbers, accuracy, and financial discipline, this role is for you.

Your Role:

  • Take Ownership: Oversee daily cost control operations, including monitoring food, beverage, and operational expenses.
  • Lead with Heart: Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure cost-effective procurement and usage.
  • Ignite Innovation: Recommend process improvements and cost-saving strategies without compromising quality and service.
  • Value Integrity: Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and industry standards.
  • Endeavor Excellence: Prepare accurate cost reports, analyze variances, and provide insights to support management decisions.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost accounting, and internal control procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
