Finance Executive

Role Description: We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee our financial operations.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. They will also be responsible for leading annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting, developing management reports with actionable insights, conducting profitability analyses across departments and service lines, providing financial guidance to leadership, ensuring compliance with U.S. accounting standards and tax regulations, coordinating with external CPAs during audits and filings, establishing internal controls to mitigate financial risk, implementing best practices in expense tracking, billing workflows, and reporting, evaluating and introducing financial tools that enhance efficiency, and training and mentoring team members to build finance capability within the firm.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in management.
  • Deep knowledge of QuickBooks and other finance tools.
  • Prior experience with U.S. financial reporting standards and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a distributed team in a fully remote environment.

Working Hours: This role involves a full-time schedule of 8 hours per day, not including a 1-hour break.
