Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Accounting Specialist to support our US operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a US insurance agency or brokerage, especially with the Applied Epic management system. This role requires strong billing process knowledge and excellent communication skills for managing inquiries and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate agency bill invoices.
  • Process commission batches and corrections.
  • Respond to billing-related inquiries.
  • Check and update direct bill status.
  • Follow up on invoices and cancellations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work during the graveyard shift aligned with New York hours.
  • Experience working with a US insurance agency or brokerage.
  • Proficiency in using the Applied Epic management system.
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
