About the Role

The Commercial Development Executive will be instrumental in driving growth for TÜV SÜD's Industrial Services Businesses in the Petrochemical Industry, focusing on the Philippine market.

This key position will involve developing market presence, originating new business opportunities, and managing strategic client relationships to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Contribute to the development of short-term, mid-term, and long-term business strategies that align with the company's growth targets.
  • Collaborate with Management to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Client Relationships and Acquisition
  • Manage and nurture key existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through targeted marketing efforts and business development initiatives.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with Operations and Technical Managers to develop and implement new service capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or any relevant studies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
  • Have at least a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry, corporate sales, or business development experience from the Petrochemical Industry.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
