Core Purpose of Job:

The Solutions Advisor for Retail Solutions leads account management from initial lead throughout the sales cycle towards timely closing of business. The Solutions Advisor is able to strategize on account coverage, key person handling in each account, forecasting of opportunities and timely reporting of pipeline. The Solutions Advisor should have strong background in solution selling, and preferably extensive understanding of Finance Management, Supply Chain and Retail Management. The Solutions Advisor should be able to express him/herself in writing and oral communication is flawless business English.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of prospects and opportunities
  • Craft high-quality proposals, quotes, and tender responses
  • Deliver impactful presentations and represent the company at events
  • Collaborate with marketing on product campaigns
  • Execute weekly pipeline reporting and customer management during implementation
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a business-related field (e.g., Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics)
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in direct sales of ERP, Retail, or BI solutions

Competencies & Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems, supply chain, and retail operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate business value
  • Time management, mentoring, and coaching skills
  • Expertise in product presentations, training, and requirement documentation

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with occasional extended hours depending on business needs
  • Collaborative work with executives, solutions architects, and finance teams
