Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of working experience in organizational change management is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist and contribute to change management activities within a structured process framework to facilitate the adoption of changes introduced by builds or rollouts.
- Provide support to stakeholders to ensure full adoption of changes resulting from builds and rollouts.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess people readiness, and identify and manage stakeholders throughout the change process.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of the Change Management Plan, including communication, training, and engagement activities.
- Assist in designing and drafting communication materials for disseminating project updates to various stakeholders.
- Provide input and support for designing and delivering training programs.
- Help identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
- Collaborate with change partners for communication and training activities.
- Work alongside the Project Manager to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Report progress to the Governance Officer regularly and request progress, risk, and issue information from stakeholders involved in change projects or other initiatives.
- Assist in mobilizing the change network, promoting collaboration, and ensuring active participation in change initiatives.
- Contribute to defining and monitoring Change Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with Business KPIs for the project.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Education – A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or a related discipline.
- Related Work Experience - At least 2 years of working experience in organizational change management.
- Knowledge
- A good understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Knowledge of and some work experience on change management principles, methodologies, and tools including risk and resistance analysis and management.
- Familiarity with data analysis for CM KPIs.
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- Knowledgeable of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- A good level of business & domain mastery and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Familiarity with the different Agile frameworks and how these can be used as input on CM deliverables.
