Role Overview

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring successful implementation of change initiatives.

The role will require working with cross-functional teams to ensure that they are ready and enabled to adopt the changes, while minimizing impact to business and operations to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement change management plan aligned with launch timelines while ensuring readiness across stakeholders.
  2. Change Impact Assessment: Identify and manage the impact of the changes to the people, process, and technology.
  3. Organizational Changes: Ensure that the organizational structure is aligned and sufficient resources are available to operationalize the change.
  4. Process Documentation: Ensure that process changes are agreed and properly documented.
  5. Training: Identify training needs based on current skills and knowledge of the users and develop programs to build the capabilities required to navigate the change.
  6. Communication & Engagement: Develop clear and consistent messages across the stakeholders. Ensure that the stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supported throughout the change process.
  7. Data Migration: Ensure that business can operate using migrated data.
  8. Change Readiness Assessment: Ensure that the organization understands the changes and is ready to accept them.
  9. Adoption & Operationalization: Ensure the operationalization of the change from Go Live to transition to operations.
Required Skills
  1. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex changes to various stakeholders.
  2. Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders to embrace change while building relationships.
  3. Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Proactive in identifying issues and risks, and ability to develop mitigations to address obstacles to launch readiness.
  4. Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  5. Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to collaborate across multiple functions to achieve business outcomes.
Deliverables
  1. Successful Launches: Ensure seamless transitions and maximize outcomes for every capability, service, and product launch, with minimal disruption and a high level of stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
  2. Stakeholder Readiness: Deliver measurable improvements in stakeholder readiness with the execution of the change management plan.
  3. Adoption and Engagement: Achieve high levels of employee adoption and engagement with the new processes, systems, or technologies introduced at launch, ensuring a positive impact.
  4. Risk Mitigation: Minimize launch-related risks through proactive risk management, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed early, leading to smooth transitions.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  2. Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus.
  3. Master's degree is an advantage.
  4. Minimum of 6 years experience in change management, project management, or organizational development, with at least 3 years focusing on ensuring launch readiness or transitions of major launches.
  5. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership.
  6. Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
