The Change Analyst (Transformation Change Partner) will play a crucial role in driving successful organizational change initiatives. With 2 years of experience, this individual will collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and achieving desired business outcomes. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of change management principles.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change management plans.
  • Experience in conducting change impact assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating training plans and communication plans.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assess change impacts and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to monitor risks and issues related to change management and facilitate resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of project timelines and budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using communication creation software like Canva to create infographics and GIFs.

Job Description:

  • Drive the creation of Transformation Change Management strategies and plans together with Business Leaders and the different cross-functional program teams to assess change impact to the business, realize faster adoption, build user knowledge and proficiency, and manage resistance.
  • Support business units during the transition to help achieve business outcomes and improve client, advisor, and employee experience; track change adoption and revise Change Management strategies as required to meet transformation objectives.
  • Create the overall change management plan, communication plans, training, and coaching plans for the assigned BUs; ensuring that all people impact has been identified and mitigated.
  • Ensure that Organization OKR Targets are met and all of the transformation initiatives will not negatively impact the progress made to reach the OKR target.
  • Collaborate with Project Change Managers to ensure proper change impact assessments, change gaps, and change initiatives are developed for every impacting transformational project.
  • Together with program managers, ensure that change activities are considered in the transformation program timeline and budget, as well as in readiness checks prior to implementation.
  • Monitor risks and issues related to Change Management and facilitate resolution with the program team.
  • Demonstrated Change Management experience; has developed and applied repeatable processes and used a holistic set of tools to drive successful change initiatives.
  • Thorough understanding of Change Management principles and delivery methodologies.
  • Strong client-focus and understanding of business drivers, processes, technologies, and solutions.
  • Understanding of the insurance business and its multiple functions.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages for different audiences.
  • Ability to create simple communication materials (infographics, GIFs) using Canva.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and develop relationships to influence change.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
