Key Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the role of a Customer Service Representative in Asia. This key position is responsible for delivering exceptional and efficient customer service to distributors through timely responses to phone or email requests.

Core Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, encompassing interactions with customers, addressing customer inquiries, and effectively resolving customer complaints.
  • Primary point of contact for external and internal customers to process, record, maintain, and provide status updates on standard and special orders.
  • Quote established pricing for standard or contract items and modified tools.
  • Offer basic technical support and suggest products suitable for customer applications.
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal sales personnel and the Customer Service Manager regarding sensitive customer matters.
