As a Key Account Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and fostering strong relationships with existing patrons. Your responsibilities will include encoding patron data into our database system, executing promotional campaigns, handling transactions and customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client registration and onboarding to our loyalty program
  • Updating of client profiles in the system
  • Maintenance of client accounts in terms of replacement and upgrade requests
  • Assistance with kiosk transactions
  • Registration of events and tournaments
  • Hosting draws or events
  • Handling customer complaints and queries

You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport with patrons, and issuing vouchers and promotional entitlements. Additionally, you will provide general information about our facilities and execute events to encourage participation.
