Business Analyst - Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team as a Project Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for successful project delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process flows, business models, and system documentation.
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects.
  • Develop test plans and participate in user acceptance testing.
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Maintain project-related documents.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0-2 years experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
