Network Engineer Job Description">

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and security of our network infrastructure. Your primary goal is to maintain high availability and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure network uptime and manage escalations;
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on network infrastructure availability;
  • Manage campus and branch network equipment to ensure optimal performance;
  • Manage Wi-Fi and fixed lines to guarantee stability and compliance with security standards;
  • Manage telephony routers and equipment to ensure reliability and uptime;
  • Coordinate with vendors for network and communication availability;
  • Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Effective presentation skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field;
  • Experience with user interface design, database structures, and statistical analysis;
  • Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • At least 2 years of experience in networking software and security, VLAN, VOIP, QoS, and Wi-Fi technology;
  • Knowledge and background on Windows Active Directory systems, LDAP network configuration;
  • Experience in network equipment: Cisco, Huawei, and other network devices.
