Enterprise Network Architect

This role involves designing, configuring, and deploying complex network solutions. It also entails planning and implementing advanced routing protocols across various topologies.

  • Create comprehensive network designs and deploy enterprise-grade networking solutions.
  • Develop and implement advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) across diverse topologies.
  • Perform regular network assessments, audits, and health checks to optimize infrastructure performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust network architectures, ensure optimal performance, and minimize downtime. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and designs. Lead network migrations, upgrades, and transitions between different vendor platforms.

Ensure network security best practices are followed, focusing on threat prevention and mitigation strategies. Provide post-deployment support and knowledge transfer to clients and internal stakeholders. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in networking and security.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or consulting roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with advanced routing protocols including BGP (route reflectors, route maps, communities).
  • Solid understanding of VLANs, STP, VRFs, NAT, and VPNs (IPSec, SSL).
  • Experience with firewall policy creation, UTM features, and threat prevention in Fortinet platforms.
  • Familiarity with high availability (HA), failover, and redundancy concepts.
