
Advanced Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, software applications, and company infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support, systems engineering, and systems administration, with experience in help desk MSP, RMM, and PSA tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot issues related to End User Devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, vendors, applications, Wi-Fi, and more.
- Ensure timely and effective communication, manage help desk tickets, and act as a Level 3 escalation point.
- Collaborate with vendors, implement SaaS solutions, address infrastructure alerts, and contribute to continuous process improvement within the IT department.
- 7+ years of IT experience, with a focus on desktop support, systems engineering, and systems administration.
- Help desk MSP experience and familiarity with RMM and PSA tools.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop and mobile device troubleshooting, deployment, and MDM.
- Knowledge of cloud products, including Office 365, SharePoint/OneDrive, Azure, and Google.
- Systems administration expertise, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic Exchange Server and SQL Server knowledge.
- Support of BDR products, cybersecurity products, storage and virtualization platforms, and networking fundamentals.
- Long-term work-from-home arrangement and permanent night shift schedule available.
