Job Overview
We seek an exceptional Talent Acquisition Shared Services Team Lead who will spearhead and oversee the day-to-day operational execution and deliverables of the Talent Acquisition shared function with a primary focus on candidate scheduling and sourcing. Your responsibilities will include fostering team engagement and ensuring efficient, high-quality results.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to overarching team objectives. Moreover, you will handle personal tasks and additional ad-hoc duties related to candidate scheduling, data management, and reporting processes, aimed at bolstering operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Service Delivery Objectives:
- Coordinate talent acquisition administrative tasks and communication with candidates, encompassing candidate screening, interview invitations, test administration, reference checks, and related post-hire processes.
- Ensure outstanding customer-centricity and clear communication with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, interviewers, talent acquisition colleagues) and external stakeholders (candidates).
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on updates and guarantee proper reporting and documentation.
- Manage recruiting and onboarding-related documentation.
- Pursue and maintain Talent Acquisition reporting data.
- Guarantee the archiving of all candidate-related documents in the system.
- Be accountable for candidate experience surveys and track candidate NPS scores.
- Issue relevant data reports as necessary.
- Continuously align and improve TA and Candidate Experience processes and practices across the organization.
- Engage in activities like training, audits, and SOP creation and review when applicable.
- Maintain up-to-date data in relevant TA systems and rectify inaccuracies as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and customer service excellence.
- Inspire, support, coach, and guide team members in their daily tasks and performance.
- Set performance objectives for team members aligned with company OKRs.
- Monitor and review work progress and accuracy, steer efforts toward meeting performance targets, and offer technical guidance on intricate matters.
- Identify opportunities for development across the team and implement plans to enhance competence and capability.
- Regularly conduct appraisals and required follow-ups based on work output and adherence to company policies.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with counterparts, stakeholders, and HR partners to grasp the business's intricacies and support needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- No less than two (2) years of substantial and comprehensive experience in the same role.
- Demonstrated expertise in TA/HR processes, systems, and tools throughout the candidate lifecycle.
- Proven skills in managing, understanding, and operating Hiring/ERP systems, databases, and reporting functionalities.
- Proficiency in Talent and Employee Data Process administration.
Essential Competencies:
- Knowledge and practical experience in Talent and Onboarding Administration.
- Working familiarity with the Hiring/ERP system.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Spreadsheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Data analysis experience.
- Experience in multicultural and matrix environments.
- Capacity to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
