Job Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Marketing Strategist to develop and execute an Employer Brand and Talent Marketing strategy across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising, using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Phenom Analytics.
  • Data-driven insights to optimize CTRs, ad spend, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
  • Partnership with recruiters to design job-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Optimization of job advertisements and leveraging data analytics to track campaign success.
  • Paid advertising and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Building dashboards and reports on talent marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Employer Brand, Talent Marketing, and Talent Acquisition peers to optimize the digital talent marketing footprint.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in performance marketing; knowledge in talent marketing is an advantage.
  • Multicultural work environment experience; shared services environment experience is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse geographies and business areas.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager).
  • A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization skills to enhance campaign performance.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes is an advantage.
