We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing and Collections professional. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting in financial management, accounts payable and receivable, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in financial management, including budgeting and management reporting.
- Process accounts payable, obtain payment authorities, prepare for payment, process and record payments, and provide regular creditor reports.
- Assist in the preparation and sending of invoices to debtors, following up on payments, maintaining expected payment dates in cash flow spreadsheets, and receiving and recording payments.
- Reconcile all bank accounts and credit cards on a regular basis.
- Prepare and document accruals, maintain the Asset Register and Depreciation Schedule, and assist in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Assist in payroll management, including the preparation of payrolls, issuance and production of pay slips, maintenance of payroll records, processing of leave records and accruals, and preparation of payroll reconciliations with payment summaries.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable/accounts payable and general bookkeeping procedures.
- Strong administration skills and proficiency in relevant computer applications, especially Excel.
- 1-3 years of accounts receivable/accounts payable and general accounting experience.
Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, with overtime and holiday pay. Casual attire. Medical, Loans, Miscellaneous allowance.
