Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivables transactions.

• Assist in managing inventory records, including reconciling physical stock and counts with system records.

• Maintain and update vendor and customer databases, ensuring accuracy of contact and payment information.

• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, such as filing, organizing documents and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no work experience required.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

• Effective time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
