Senior Operations Manager

This is a key leadership role within the organization where you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our operations. You will work closely with the executive team to formulate business strategies, design policies that align with overall goals, and implement efficient processes and standards.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams and ensuring customer retention through effective coordination and management of operational activities. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international laws, such as data protection, and overseeing the implementation of technology and analytics solutions throughout the organization.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will evaluate risk, lead quality assurance efforts, and oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize operation costs and benefits. Your analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude will be essential in driving productivity and engagement across the team.
