About the Role

TaskUs is seeking a seasoned communications expert to drive our strategic goals and objectives. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute tactical communications plans that align with our overall mission.

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage diverse audiences.

  • Manage multiple communication channels, including website, email, and print materials.

  • Create high-quality content for various audiences, including visual assets like infographics and videos.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication across departments.

  • Track and measure the success of our communications efforts to inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or related field.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience creating engaging content.

  • Familiarity with social media and digital channels, with experience developing effective online campaigns.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
