Job Overview

The Senior Case Manager plays a vital role in ensuring community safety through the effective management of adults subject to orders within the community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive case management for adults under community-based supervision, focusing on risk assessment, rehabilitation, and public safety.
  • Maintain high standards of assessment to support informed decision-making and effective supervision.
  • Foster reintegration and improve rehabilitation outcomes for individuals under community-based orders, promoting a safer community.
  • Collaborate with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations to develop culturally sensitive practices and address Indigenous over-representation in the criminal justice system.
Essential Requirements
  • A valid driver's licence (minimum C class Australian licence) is mandatory for travel across various locations.
  • Adaptability to work outside regular hours and travel to other locations, or temporarily work from an alternate location may be required.
