Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to engage diverse audiences. Drive brand consistency across all marketing materials, internal platforms, and external communication channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Create visual content for events, trade shows, social media, websites, and client presentations.
  • Manage and update internal content on the company intranet.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with bid document creation and layout.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using tools like Ceros.
  • Coordinate and track marketing projects using Monday.com.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools highly preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
