Job Overview

This position requires a highly skilled Facility Management Supervisor to lead facility operations in maintaining efficiency, functionality, and employee safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, facility management, and workspace planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Management- Develop and implement effective work plans, manage individual/team performance, provide coaching and development, and maintain a positive team culture.
  • Facility Management- Ensure cleanliness, timely equipment maintenance, enforce safety guidelines, resolve concerns promptly, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Workspace Planning- Coordinate office space relocation and company events, aligning with stakeholders to meet requirements within set timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Engineering Courses
  • At least five (5) years cumulative working experience specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities/Property, Machinery and Equipment) or equivalent.
  • Facility Management Certification is a plus
  • BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Certification is a plus
  • Excellent customer orientation
  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Analytical Skills
  • Knowledgeable in technical/engineering operations and facilities management practices
  • Proficient in G Suite applications/ MS Office
